Dallas–Fort Worth roofing & exteriors

Know what your roof needs. And why.

A leak, storm damage, or a roof that is simply getting old — we come out, look at all of it, photograph what we find, and tell you straight. You keep the record either way.

Start with the property

Step 1 of 4 · Situation

What is happening at the property?

You keep whatever we document, whether or not you hire us.

What’s going on at your place?

Start with the problem, not a product.

Pick whichever is closest. You get a safe next step in one click — no diagnosis from a screen, and nothing asked of you that involves a ladder.

Decision support

Choose a starting point.

Four situations, and the sensible next move for each. It does not diagnose a roof, decide insurance coverage, or stand in for somebody looking at the property.

  • What to have ready before anyone arrives
  • What we will not ask you to do

How it works

Four steps. No surprises in any of them.

01

We come out and look

A fixed route over the roof and the exterior it drains onto. Nothing gets skipped because it was awkward to reach.

02

We photograph what we find

Every finding located and labeled, with the date attached — including anything we could not safely get to.

03

We tell you straight

Fix it now, keep an eye on it, or leave it alone. Each one with the reason attached.

04

You keep the file

What was done, what it cost, what is under warranty. Yours, whether or not you hire us again.

What we do

Roofing and exteriors, across the Metroplex.

Every one of these starts the same way: someone comes out and looks properly before anybody talks about price.

What we actually look at

Four zones. Select one.

Most quotes describe a roof as a single object with a single price. It is not one — it fails in specific places for specific reasons, and this is what each visit covers.

Zone 01 of 04

The ridge line

The highest line on the roof, and the first place wind gets under a shingle. We walk the whole run of it rather than photographing one end and assuming the rest holds.

Recorded hereLifted or missing ridge caps, exposed fasteners, sealant condition, and whether the ridge is actually vented or just capped.

Six things we will not do

The limits are the reason to believe the rest.

The company is new. The experience behind it is not — fifteen years of roofing in North Texas. What we do not have yet is a review count, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can give you instead is a list of things we will not do, every one of which you can hold us to from the first visit.

  1. 01

We will not ask you to climb onto the roof to answer a question.

  2. 02

We will not quote a repair off a photograph and call it a scope.

  3. 03

We will not tell you whether your claim will be approved. Your carrier decides that.

  4. 04

We will not offer to waive your deductible. Texas law prohibits it, and anyone offering is telling you something.

  5. 05

We will not hold a price open for one day only. No estimate we write expires that way.

  6. 06

We will not be offended if you get two more quotes. You should.

The part nobody else shows you

You get a file, not a verdict.

Most roofers promise photos. We will show you the whole report before you have spoken to anyone — including the section that says what we could not safely reach, because a report that hides its limits is worth less than one that admits them.

Where we work

Coverage is confirmed for your specific address before anything is scheduled. We would rather tell you no than send someone who cannot get there.

Before you spend anything

Straight answers

The things people actually ask.

Including the ones with answers you may not want. Those are the useful ones.

Do you charge for an assessment?

Scope, price and timing are confirmed with you before anything is booked. Nothing gets scheduled until you have agreed to it.

My neighbour had hail damage. Do I?

Maybe not. A storm report is a weather observation, not evidence about your roof. The only way to know is to look at your property.

Will you tell me if my insurance will pay?

No, and be careful with anyone who says they will. We document conditions. Your carrier decides coverage. Texas law keeps those roles separate.

Can you quote from photos I send?

Photos help us triage and tell you how urgent it is. A scope we would stand behind usually needs someone safely on the roof.

Do I have to decide right away?

No. You get the record either way. If a contractor needs you to sign today, that is about their month, not your roof.

Book an assessment

Tell us where, and what you noticed.

Four steps, three things to type. We confirm the address is in our area, then come and look at the whole roof — not just the bit you pointed at.
