The five passes
The same five views, every time.
A roof assessed from one angle is a roof assessed once. These are the passes every Jacob assessment makes, in this order, so that coverage does not depend on how the day is going.

TPO is heat-welded rather than glued. The weld is the roof, so seam probing at the laps is part of any honest assessment of one.

The reflectivity is a real operating benefit on a retail box in North Texas, and it is also why dirt and ponding show up so clearly. Staining is not automatically a defect.

Six skylights means six interruptions in the membrane. Each is photographed on its own, because a general roof shot cannot tell you which one is failing.
