Get to know Jacob

More than a color choice

Find the right direction for the roof over your life.

Appearance is a great place to start. Suitability, roof geometry and the complete installation scope matter just as much. These are material references, not fixed Jacob packages.

A large asphalt-shingle roof plane, courses running clean from ridge to eave in late afternoon light.

Architectural asphalt

Layered texture and a familiar residential look. Compare the specific shingle, installation requirements and written scope.

Standing-seam metal roof panels converging toward a ridge, seams catching low light.

Standing-seam metal

A crisp, linear appearance. Panel details, transitions and the roof’s suitability need to be considered together.

Slate-look roof tiles overlap in staggered rows, with textured dark gray faces and softly molded edges.

Slate-look materials

A different visual character. Confirm the actual product, roof requirements and local availability before choosing.

Make the comparison meaningful

A roof is a system. Your quote should treat it like one.

The surface you see is only one part. Ask how the proposed scope handles decking, underlayment, flashings, edges and ventilation—and what happens if concealed conditions are found.

Gray synthetic underlayment sheets overlap across a sloped roof deck, with a narrow strip of OSB visible at the edge.

Underlayment and water-management details

Individual metal step flashings stepping up a rough limestone wall where a shingle plane meets it, the shingle courses running away below.

Tell us what’s on your mind.

Share your property ZIP and contact details. The form already knows which roofing question brought you here.

  2. 02

    Discuss your property.

We contact you to confirm the location, understand the concern and discuss appropriate assessment arrangements.

  3. 03

    Confirm the next step.

A request does not book a visit or authorize repairs. Confirm arrangements first; any roofing work is agreed separately.

Before you reach out

A few things
worth knowing.

Prefer a conversation?
(214) 807-0414

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. The offer is a free residential roof assessment within our DFW service area. Repairs, replacement and temporary protection are separate work, not included in the free assessment. Property eligibility and arrangements are confirmed when we contact you.

Does this book a visit?

Not yet. This sends a request for contact. We confirm the property, your concern and the next step before a visit is arranged.

Can I compare repair and replacement first?

Yes, tell us that you’re weighing both. The roof’s condition and the extent of the concern determine which options are appropriate; not every roof can be repaired or needs replacement.

Can you give me a price from a photograph?

A photograph alone does not establish a complete scope. Roof size, complexity, access, materials and concealed conditions can affect the work. Confirm a written scope and price before authorizing it.

Are the material examples guaranteed options for my home?

No. They show different material appearances. Specific products, suitability, availability and terms must be confirmed for your property.
